Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The original tags must still be attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  

To start a return, please contact us at info@texa-trade.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the nearest return address and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your T-shirt is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/item, contact us immediately at info@texa-trade.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized T-shirts Worn, washed, or used products
  

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the T-shirt you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired size or style.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the same return eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind:

• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
