Orders placed after the cut-off time of 11:00 AM (GMT +01:00 CEST, Rome) will be processed the following business day.
We are open Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Information
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice. Please contact your local courier to arrange re-delivery or pickup.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is not updated within 6 hours of placing your order.
Delays: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, customs clearance, or global events (e.g., pandemics).
